Differential Air Pressure

Differential Air Pressure (DAP) technology originated from NASA can reduce walking load and reduce the influence of gravity and body weight during running or exercise

Train to walk from all angle

Do not limit your patients on walking front and back only! Train them to walk on the sides too!

Body Weight Adjustments

The user can be placed in an environment that supports 20%-100% of the body weight. Perform comfortable partial weight support exercises with an adjustable accuracy of 1%.

GOLDENALL TECHNOLOGY

GoldenAll Anti-Gravity Treadmill Models: GA-100 and GA-80

Trimax Healthcare supplies the GoldenAll anti-gravity treadmill range to hospitals, rehabilitation centres, physiotherapy clinics and sports teams in Malaysia. Using differential air pressure, the treadmill supports part of the user's body weight, so walking and running can be done with less load on the joints, bones and muscles. Body weight support is adjustable from 20% to 100% with an accuracy of 1%, which lets a therapist progress a patient step by step from partial to full weight bearing.

GA-100: our flagship model, equipped with gait analysis software. Cameras and sensors give real-time biofeedback on how the user walks, so the clinician can see and correct gait patterns during the session.

GA-80: a model for centres that want anti-gravity training in a more compact package. Contact us for specifications and pricing.

What it is used for: anti-gravity treadmills are commonly used in post-surgical rehabilitation (such as knee, hip and ankle recovery), orthopaedic and sports injury rehabilitation, gait retraining, and for athletes returning to running. Users can also walk from the sides and from different angles, which supports balance and gait training. A clinician should assess whether the treadmill is suitable for each patient.

Frequently asked questions

What is an anti-gravity treadmill? It is a treadmill with a sealed air chamber. Air pressure lifts part of the user's body weight, so exercise feels lighter and puts less stress on the body.

Who should use it? It suits patients recovering from surgery or injury, people who need gait retraining, and athletes who want to keep training while limiting impact. Ask your physiotherapist or doctor first.

What is the difference between the GA-100 and GA-80? The GA-100 includes gait analysis software with real-time camera and sensor biofeedback. Contact Trimax for the GA-80 specifications.

Where can I buy or see a demo in Malaysia? Trimax Healthcare, Kuala Lumpur, supplies, installs and services the GoldenAll range. Call +603-7499 3373 or email cs@trimaxhealthcare.com for a quotation or demo.
