TRIMAX Healthcare Sdn. Bhd. ("TRIMAX", "we") supplies, installs and services therapy and rehabilitation equipment. Our office is at 8, Jalan 12/152, Taman Perindustrian OUG, 58200 Kuala Lumpur.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website, we collect the details you enter: your name, organisation, email address, phone number, the product or service you are asking about and your message. We also record the page you sent the enquiry from.

We do not ask for health information about patients through this website. Please do not include patient details in your message.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange demonstrations, quotations, installation, training or service.
• To keep records of our dealings with you.
• To send you information about our products and events, only if you have agreed to receive it. You can opt out at any time.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Service providers who run this website and our business systems for us, such as Wix.com, which hosts the site and stores enquiry submissions.
• The manufacturer of a product you ask about, where needed to answer a technical, warranty or regulatory question.
