AERO RUNNERAnti-Gravity Series

Intelligent air-pressure control takes up to 100% of a patient's body weight, in 1% steps. Patients can start walking early and gently, while every step is measured.

Overview

Rehabilitation that starts with the gentlest step

The patient steps into an airtight chamber that closes with a zip seal at the waist. Intelligent pressure control then lifts part of their body weight, so they can walk with less load on joints, bones and muscles.

The clinician sets support from 0 to 100% in 1% steps and lowers it as the patient progresses. ServoStep starts the belt at 0.1 km/h. GaitTrack Pro measures each step, while three cameras show the patient's gait live from the left, right and front.

  • Three models, GA100, GA200 and GA300, with top speeds of 20, 25 and 30 km/h
  • Reverse walking up to 10 km/h on every model
  • S models add report printing, motorised adjustment and a 32-inch screen

Key features

Built for safe, measurable progress

Three GoldenAll technologies work together through the intelligent pressure control system.

A patient stepping into the AERO RUNNER chamber with a clinician beside him
ServoStep

The gentlest possible start

The belt can start at just 0.1 km/h, so a patient's first steps are slow, steady and confident.

GaitTrack Pro

Every step measured

An infrared gait sensor tracks data in real time: symmetry, step and stride length, stance and swing phase, ground reaction and centre of pressure. S models print the report.

Heart-rate control · optional

Training at a target heart rate

With a heart-rate strap, the treadmill changes speed automatically to keep the heart rate at the level you set.

Software

One touchscreen for the whole session

A 23.8-inch touchscreen (32-inch on S models) puts the controls, gait data, live video and training scenarios side by side.

Operation screen with speed, weight support, incline, pain and fatigue scales and disturbance mode

Operation

Speed, body-weight support and incline are set from one screen. Pain and fatigue scales can be recorded during the session.

Disturbance mode adjusts strength and frequency for balance work. The perturbation module for gait stability comes with S models.

In the clinic

What a session looks like

From stepping in to the last minute of training, the clinician stays in control of load, speed and feedback.

  1. Patient stepping into the open chamber
    01

    Step in

The chamber opens at the back, and the patient steps onto the belt with a clinician beside them.

  2. Close-up of the zip seal closing at the patient’s waist
    02

    Seal at the waist

A zip seal at the waist closes the chamber, so the pressure system can take the share of body weight the clinician sets.

  3. Patient playing a balance game on the touchscreen while walking
    03

    Train with feedback

Balance games and live data keep the patient focused while the clinician watches the gait.

  4. Patient training with a headset as part of an immersive scenario
    04

    Go further

Optional situational interaction scenarios add variety to longer programmes.

Clinical applications

Where clinicians use it

Post-surgical rehabilitation

Graded loading after knee, hip and ankle procedures.

Orthopaedic & sports injury

Keeping patients training while limiting impact during recovery.

Gait and balance retraining

Live gait data, balance games and perturbation training (S models).

Return to running

A structured progression back to full body weight and speed.

These reflect common clinical uses of anti-gravity treadmills. A qualified clinician should assess whether anti-gravity training suits each patient.

Service & support

Backed by GoldenAll, supported by TRIMAX

GoldenAll develops the hardware and software in-house. TRIMAX installs, trains and services every unit in Malaysia.

Shipped as a whole unit

The treadmill arrives in one piece, which makes installation simpler.

Up to 5-year warranty

Extended manufacturer warranty is available as an option.

Installation & training

Site survey, installation, commissioning and clinician onboarding by our Kuala Lumpur team.

Preventive maintenance

Scheduled PPM visits and repairs, recorded against each machine's serial number.
